The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) http://www.gemconsortium.org/ is an international research consortium that investigates early stage entrepreneurship activity. Since 2002, when The Chinese University of Hong Kong joined the GEM Consortium, we have held forums and published reports describing Hong Kong's entrepreneurship and the conditions that affect entrepreneurial activity.
